These pictures are from the most outer band of Hurricane Frances. The eye was around 100 miles away off the east coast of Florida and this band was approaching the west coast of Florida. It was awesome to watch the counter clockwise motion of the clouds. This outer band did not bring too much wind, maybe gusts of 20 - 30 mph.
